YEARLY REGISTRATION FEE This fee is $25 per student. Registration is due at the time of initial enrollment and renewed annually each year thereafter in their anniversary month. This fee covers the cost of insurance as well as registering and maintaining family records. This registration fee applies to ALL program at River City Gymnastics.
MONTHLY TUITION PROCESSING Monthly tuition is due by the 25th of the month. If your family is on autopay, you will be charged on the 25th, or the next business day.
*All families are required to have a debit or credit card on file.
PAYMENT METHODS River City Gymnastics accepts MasterCard, Visa, AmericanExpress, and Discover via autopay as our preferred method of payment.
Autopay Credit or Debit Card – Funds are automatically processed on Families credit or debit card on the 25th of the month(or next business day).
Cash, Check, or Credit Card –Families with amount due after the 6th of the month will incur a $25 late fee. Your tuition reserves your child’s place in class, and is charged immediately upon registration. All tuition payments need to be guaranteed with a credit card, debit card, or checking account number, kept on file in our secure computer class management system. While we always accept cash, checks, and credit card payments before the tuition due date, all unpaid tuition balances will be automatically debited from your account on the billing date (25th of the month) for the upcoming month.

DROP FROM CLASS Families wishing to drop Students from a gymnastics classes must notify River City Gymnastics via EMAIL by the 20th of the month.(rivercitygymnastics.nc@gmail.com)
Families dropping Students from class prior to the 20th of the month will not be charged for tuition.
Families dropping Students from class after the 20th of the month will be issued no refund, but will receive a credit for future gym time. Remember, your annual registration fee is good for a full year from the date you paid, so if you decide to come back within that time, your registration is still in effect. There are no refunds or credits issued once we have run the tuition charges for the month. Once the month has begun, you are in the class for the entire month, regardless of attendance, except for Medical conditions. For medical conditions verified by a doctor’s note, we will issue a prorated credit or refund based on the date we receive the doctor’s note.
Verbal, or voicemail drop requests will not be honored
LATE FEES Tuition paid after the 1st class will incur a $25 late fee. Families paying through autopay never pay late fees. Families with an unpaid balance as of the 9th will have all Students removed from the class roll, and other Students may fill the spots in class. A $30 fee is charged on all returned checks. *Autopay Families with a declined payment are subject to a $30 late fee.
MIN. CLASS SIZE All classes must have at least 3 children.
FAMILY DISCOUNT There is a 10% discount for each additional member of the immediate family calculated on the instructional gymnastics class(es) at River City Gymnastics(RCG)!
REFUND POLICY River City Gymnastics does not offer credits and/or refunds for cancellation of classes due to holiday, vacation, illness, weather or any other reason. All sales are final for any product and/or service purchased and/or provided by RCG.
48 CLASSES PER YEAR River City Gymnastics guarantees an average of 4 lessons per month over a 12 month period. Most months have four classes. Some months have five classes, and very few have three classes. Most gymnasts actually receive 50 classes per year if they attend every week!
ATTENDANCES RC Gymnastics has open enrollment year round for all classes. Each class is charged at a flat monthly fee. The fee reserves the gymnast’s place in the class whether attending or not. Therefore, there are no refunds for classes missed
including scheduled holidays.
MAKEUP POLICY RC Gymnastics offers three free makeups per calendar year. Makeups and extra classes are subject to availability, and you must be currently enrolled to schedule a makeup or an extra class. This policy is subject to further restrictions and changes. We trust that you will make every effort to attend the class your child is registered for. If you must miss a class, please call the gym to find an appropriate class to make up in, based on space availability. Classes must be made up within 2 weeks of missing, and you must be currently enrolled. Make ups do not roll over to another session.
WHAT TO WEAR Boys may wear T-shirts tucked into shorts, and Girls may wear leotards. NO chewing gum or dangling jewelry. Hair should always be pulled neatly and securely away from the face so that is stays up for the entire workout. Girls should not wear bows or other large hair ornaments that may cause discomfort during activity. All students should not wear any type socks or shoes during gym time. Personal items should be left in cubbies. Jewelry should not be worn during classes. PLEASE LEAVE JEWELRY ARTICLES AT HOME. The staff will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen. Be sure your student’s personal items are marked with their full name.
ARRIVAL AND PICKUP Be sure your student arrives at the very least 5-10 minutes before his/her scheduled class time. Please pick up your student on time. Please inform us if you know you will be late picking up your student. Instruct your student to wait inside the building and you should escort them from the building to your car. During peak times the parking lot is crowded. Please take into consideration that our students may include young children. Please drive slowly and carefully. Do not take a chance on your student running to and from your car. When entering and leaving the building we do ask that all students wear clothing over their gym clothes(shorts, dress over leotard).
